There's no real reason to keep this around anymore now that the compiler beta is released and we have validated that react-compiler-runtime is [usable by libraries](https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-compiler-runtime?activeTab=dependents). Let's clean this up for now. |

React Compiler
React Compiler is a compiler that optimizes React applications, ensuring that only the minimal parts of components and hooks will re-render when state changes. The compiler also validates that components and hooks follow the Rules of React.
