Summary: Fixes https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/issues/54631 I removed the phrase "When `onesided` is the default value `True`". It's not always the default and it's also confusing because it doesn't seem to relate to the bullet points it's introducing. It makes more sense in the sentence before, i.e. these frequencies are included "when the output is onesided". So, I've rewritten it as that meaning and included the correct formula for frequencies.
