iremyux 3a6b3c8e0e Combine windows x64 and arm64 yaml template files (#149850 ) While introducing Windows-Arm64 nightly workflows, we created a separate template file for win-arm64. This PR combines x64&arm64 and deletes the win-arm64 one.
