Pearu Peterson 48c0331e01 Sparse softmax support (CPU) (#36305) ... Summary: This PR implements softmax support for sparse tensors. The sparse softmax is related to dense softmax when the values of unspecified sparse tensor entries are taken to be `-inf` that will have the effect of "zero entries ignored". This relation is used for testing the correctness of results here.
