cb3b8cd0d3 Use object identity for deepcopy memo (#126126)
Copy of #126089, with some additional fixes & tests

Partial fix for #125635: previously, the deepcopy implementation would group together any tensors with any aliasing relationship and assign them to the same tensor. This was sort of good if you have two tensors `b = a.detach()`, because then if you deepcopy `list = [a, b]` to `list2 = list.deepcopy()`, then writes to `list2[0]` will also modify `list2[1]`. But for the most part, it's bad; (1) if you have `b = a.as_strided((4, 4), (16, 1), 16)`, then it'll make `b == a` in the deepcopied implementation, which is completely wrong; and (2) even if you have `b = a.detach()`, these are still initially two different tensors which become the same tensor after the old deepcopy implementation.

The new implementation only groups together tensors that have the same identity. This is a partial fix, but it's more reasonable. What changes:
* (becomes more correct): different views of the same base tensor will no longer all become equal after deepcopying
* (still kind of wrong): views won't actually alias each other after deepcopying.
* (arguably a minor regression): equivalent views of the same tensor will no longer be copied to the same tensor - so they won't alias.

BC breaking: C++ deepcopy interface changes from accepting `IValue::HashAliasedIValueMap memo` to accepting `IValue::HashIdentityIValueMap memo`. If there are objections, we can keep the old API. However, it seems likely that users generally won't try to deepcopy from C++.

ed327876f5 [codemod] c10:optional -> std::optional (#126135)
Generated by running the following from PyTorch root:
```
find . -regex ".*\.\(cpp\|h\|cu\|hpp\|cc\|cxx\)$" | grep -v "build/" | xargs -n 50 -P 4 perl -pi -e 's/c10::optional/std::optional/'
```

`c10::optional` is just an alias for `std::optional`. This removes usages of that alias in preparation for eliminating it entirely.

fc2cf3d26f Back out "Revert D34805092: Extend _save_for_mobile and _load_for_mobile to support flatbuffer format; Default format is pickle + Change buck targets to support only pickle and pickle + flatbuffer for migration" (#74594)
Summary:
Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/74594

Extending `_save_for_mobile` and `_load_for_mobile` to support faltbuffer format with additional optional argument which is set to pick pickle by default.

Adding new binary target with suffix `_pickle_and_flatbuffer` to help migration.

Size test in D34909502 shows the size has regressed by ~40K but after removing pickle and comparing lite_predictors we have ~120K size measure that we will achieve when deprecating pickle and moving to flatbuffer

TraceType is a sharded file, so by only including specific operator
headers, we ensure that changing one (non-method) operator only needs
one shard to be re-compiled.

This also changes all the included autograd and jit headers from
including `ATen/ATen.h` to just including `ATen/core/Tensor.h`.

FooType::get() can return a const reference. Inconveniently, converting shared_ptr<FooType> to shared_ptr<Type> requires a copy & refcount bump, so to properly take advantage of this in unshapedType() we need to take a const Type& in isSubtypeOf(), which is good practice anyway -- don't require a shared_ptr if you don't need to take ownership.

211bac53ef [JIT] Add optimize_for_inference API (#58193)
Summary:
Freezing exists as a pass which partially evaluates your model and applies generic optimizations which should speed it up. Optimize for inference is a counterpart to these optimizations which runs build & server specific optimizations. The interaction with existing `optimize_frozen_module` is not great, I guess we could just deprecate the API entirely? it was never officially released but just existed to document the `optimize_numerics` keyword.

Eventually, I would like to add a way of adding example inputs but I didnt add that here because they are not being used at all yet. I also have not yet included a way to blacklist individual optimizations, and would like to wait until we move this to Beta and have a little more clarity on how everything will fit together. I also think blacklisting will be an uncommon use case for the current optimizations.

38e606d056 [RFC] Add method torch.jit._clone_module_with_class (#56152)
Summary:
Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/56152

Currently, the Bundled Inputs API mutates the module in-place. It adds class methods and not instance methods. This results in a small problem that one can't re-run an already executed cell in Bento if the class has already been subject to bundled inputs.

In addition, there is no way to add bundled inputs to a module that has bundled inputs added already. This API provides a way to solve this problem as well by adding an `ignored_methods` to the call to `clone()` by allowing the implementation of bundled inputs to pass in the methods that it will add as `ignored_methods` so that when it does try to add those methods, it will be able to do so successfully.

We'll have to be careful when ignoring those methods during the call to `torch.jit._clone_module_with_class` since any bundled input that relies on a user-provided method will need to be preserved and not ignored during the clone.

Looking for feedback on whether this is an acceptable direction.

34d9278c19 Remove notion of "level" from Module::dump_to_str. (#52539)
Summary:
The code uses `torch::jit::jit_log_prefix` for handling recursive
indenting in most places in this function. There was one place that was
using "level", but it was buggy -- it would result in a compounding
superlinear indent. Note that changing it to "level+1" doesn't fix the
bug.

Before/after:
https://gist.github.com/silvasean/8ee3ef115a48de6c9c54fbc40838d8d7

The new code establishes a recursive invariant for
`Module::dump_to_str`: the function returns the module printed at the
base indent level (i.e. no indent). `torch::jit:log_prefix` is used
to prefix recursive calls. The code was already nearly there, except for
this spurious use of "level".

5431d87c3e [JIT] Use is_buffer in BufferPolicy::valid (#49588)
Summary:
Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/pull/49588

**Summary**
`BufferPolicy::valid` uses `!typ->is_parameter(i)` to check if an
attribute is a buffer or not; it should use `type->is_buffer(i)` instead.
It also removes a forward compatibility gate in `python_print.cpp` that
has prevented the preservation of buffer metadata during serialization
in fbcode. Without this, the first change (to `BufferPolicy`) does not
work correctly in fbcode.

**Test Plan**
It is difficult to write an additional test that would have failed before this
commit because the two booleans `is_parameter` and `is_buffer` are never set
to `true` at the same time.

**Fixes**
This commit fixes #48746.

f4365cf5ba [JIT] Add support for saving/loading of lowered modules (#38893)
Summary:
**Summary**
This commit adds support for seralization and deserialization of
`ScriptModules` that have been lowered to a specific backend. Nothing
special was required to accomplish this, other than removing some code
in `unpickler.cpp` that guarded against the deserialization of `Any`
type objects. Now that lists and dicts are tagged with their types
during serialization, this check is no longer necessary.

This commit adds a unit test for testing that a lowered module still
produces the same results as Python and regular JIT after saving and
loading.
