Peter Eisentraut b83e8a2ca2 Remove support for temporal RESTRICT foreign keys 
It isn't clear how these should behave, so let's wait to implement them
until we are sure how to do it.

This feature was initially added by commit 89f908a6d0, so it hasn't
been released yet.

PostgreSQL Database Management System

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
