Andres Freund 46250cdcb0 docs: Add acronym and glossary entries for I/O and AIO 
These are fairly basic, but better than nothing.  While there are several
opportunities to link to these entries, this patch does not add any. They will
however be referenced by future patches.

PostgreSQL Database Management System

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
