Add OPENCV_FFMPEG_SKIP_LOG_CALLBACK to preserve custom FFmpeg logging #27864 OpenCV’s InternalFFMpegRegister overwrites av_log_set_callback, blocking custom FFmpeg log handlers in statically linked apps.
